  • All other information provided to Chumbaka during the subsistence of Chumbaka's engagement

Use of Information

Chumbaka collects customer information for administrative purposes and/or to carry out its duties or obligations to the customer (processing, confirming and fulfilling) in the provision of various programs, courses, courseware, etc. Chumbaka also collects customer information for the purpose of understanding current industry trends and needs, to enable Chumbaka to bring the highest value to its customers.

Chumbaka may also disclose customer information to government bodies/authorities and/or any legal process, whenever required and deems necessary by Chumbaka.

In events/programs involving other partners or associated company of Chumbaka, Chumbaka may also be at absolute discretion and liberty to disclose your information whenever it deems appropriate from time to time without being liable for breach. In the course of doing so, Chumbaka will nonetheless ensure that stringent measures are taken by these strategic partners to secure your information.

Site Tracking

Chumbaka strives to bring the highest value to its customers through its products and services. Chumbaka uses tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usages. This also extends into how Chumbaka's customers interact with the emails and the content that Chumabaka send. It should be noted that the tracking software does not enable Chumbaka to capture any personally identifying information.

Contests & Surveys

Chumbaka may invite you to participate in surveys or contests. If you choose to participate, Chumbaka may require certain personal identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and therefore you have a choice whether or not to disclose this information to Chumbaka.
